Facundo Moyano questioned the government over the Libra case: "It's going to cost the state three times as much."

Union leader Facundo Moyano harshly criticized the government for its handling of the Libra case, a ruling that forces the state to pay millions in compensation after canceling a contract with a concessionaire. "They wanted to save the state money, but they're going to have to pay triple that," Moyano said, questioning the ruling party's road policy. Speaking to Splendid radio, he warned that this ruling could even compromise figures such as Javier Milei and Mauricio Macri .
“The Libra case cannot be denied . It was negligence, stupidity, or bad faith,” he declared. According to Moyano, this decision was not only misguided, but will also have serious judicial and economic consequences. “Milei and Macri can be tried. They must be tried,” he emphasized.
During the interview on the program Fin de Fiesta , Moyano also took aim at the presidential entourage. “There are no libertarians here with a black palate, the only ones are Milei and Karina. The rest are servile ,” he asserted. As an example, he mentioned former minister Franco Mogetta , who was removed after the court ruling. “They put on a uniform to be the perfect student, and it ends up going wrong,” he joked.
At the same time, he harshly self-criticized the lack of renewal within the Peronist movement. "We have to take responsibility for what we did. I criticize the leaders who don't take responsibility ," he stated. For Moyano, the problem with the Frente de Todos was that "it didn't belong to everyone" and that "everyone looks out for their own interests."
At the provincial level, Moyano emphasized his good relationship with Axel Kicillof , although he did not hide his differences with La Cámpora . "I have a dialogue with Axel; the province is being managed well," he said. However, he questioned the political influence of the Kirchnerist organization: "Many of us expected a gesture of independence at the very least. The governor couldn't deny the centrality CFK gains while in prison."

"We reached an understanding, and they are managing the province of Buenos Aires well," said the union leader. pic.twitter.com/5bbQBhrzoW
In his opinion, the Buenos Aires governor "was forced to negotiate with La Cámpora, the worst Kirchnerism has left behind." These statements reflect a deep discontent with the party's leadership and its lack of openness toward other sectors of Peronism.
Facundo Moyano also questioned the national government's economic direction. "Consumption has fallen sharply," he warned. He also wondered what results the Libertarian administration will be able to show in the upcoming elections: "If they win this election, what will the government have to show for it? I don't see any investment coming out of the woodwork ."
He concluded his remarks with a political statement that sought to differentiate himself, but without aligning himself with the traditional opposition: "You can always do something else. My political message is never to be against anything."
